Hatha Yoga Class 1284
This simple but invigorating practice fires up the whole body by working on balance- first balancing on the sit bones using core muscles and then balancing on the hands using core and upper body strength. In between you'll be practicing plenty of hip opening (mobilising and stretching) postures and transitions. If you have Yoga Blocks/Bricks please have them nearby or grab a couple of books that are similiar enough (you can also get by without...). Enjoy the class :)
