This class was exactly what I was looking for! It challenged my core muscle stamina by moving faster from movement to movement than in the intermediate level classes. There are still a lot of exercises I need to build up to (teaser, open leg rocker, leg pull front) so I'm not quite ready for the full transition to advanced classes but I thought this was a great in between class to build strength while I keep working!
