
Hatha Yoga Class 1260
A gentle class, focused on releasing tension and holding patterns in the body, particularly in the spine, calves, hamstrings and glutes. The class also offers an opportunity to work on your back bends and improve technique and range. You need to have 2 tennis balls or similar size rubber balls and 2 bricks or 4 yoga blocks (or big, sturdy books).

Hi Stephen. You are absolutely right... a lot of Yoga teachers use multiple props... which is why we specify them in the class description rather than as a list... Hope you manged to find tennis balls and enjoy this lovely release class :) Best, Amit

This is a real mix of Pilates and Yoga. The work with the balls was sweet torture :)
