Thank you Alexander, starting to get into the practice. Am I suppose to sit without leaning on anything? I think after a while I start to slouch!

Hi Gabriela. Thanks for your comment. Alexander always emphasises that one should make themselves comfortable so that they can focus on the practice rather than on the sensation of being uncomfortable... he often suggests sitting in a chair too. My understanding is that it is important to sit upright and not slouching, so if you lean against something try to make sure your back is upright. Hope this helps. Amit
