Hi Nick. I am glad you enjoyed the class. Can I suggest repeating that same class a few more times until you feel that you can move confidently with Liz? While in the learning process, don't worry if you miss things here and there and/or don't get to do all the repetitions... Please drop me a line if you have any particular questions. Best, Amit

I’ve done a few other classes since first doing this and have come back to it today. I must say that now I understand the moves more, it is very nicely paced and the teacher is fantastic.

Quite a challenging class for me but I really enjoyed it, even though I had to sit out and observe the movements in a couple of exercises so I'm ready for them next time. Clear instructions and beautiful imagery.

Great teacher ! Even if I'm not as familiar with Yoga as with Pilates, I recognise a good teacher and this was such a great combination of clear and easy to follow instructions, some anatomical explanations, breathing elements and spiritual aspects of Yoga, and all of this in just 30 minutes, Thank You! Will repeat this class

Great class. I am new to yoga, normally do Pilates, and found the instructions really clear. quite challenging though :)
