wow decided to hop over to this session from my intermediate level pilates course as I was very tight in the hips. I didn't even think I could do a squat like that but did much better than I thought and after 10 mins I can already feel the release in the hip area... fantastic. I didn't even realise the session had ended whilst I attempted to sit cross legged.. surely a sign I started to relax too. thankyou.
