Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1023
This 70 min class is the combination of 3 shorter classes that were designed by Jeff to come together into a longer practice. The class progresses gradually from warming up shoulders and spine to weight bearing poses such as cat/cow and downward dog and from there to some classic standing poses like Triangle, Warrior 2 and a balance posture.
