Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1020
A 20 minute sequence that works on and prepares the body for binding and twisting. Will also work on stretching the legs, on lifting and floating from seated and jumping/hovering (even via a hand stand if possible!). Also side plank and options. Can be done on its own, after the 10 minute ‘beginning of the class’ sequence or before the 30 minute class.
