A 30 minute class sequence with a backbending focus. Warming up the legs and the spine with Vinyasas and then flowing into a sequence of standing postures. Also exploring 1/2 moon and revolved version and catching foot to come up to stand. Crow (Crane), arm balance and backbends on the floor before slowing things down with forward bends and a twist. Can be done on its own or with either the 10 or 20 minute intermediate sequences or both, which will make a more complete class (Class 1024).
