Very nice class. I can tell that I am getting stronger, ever with short classes, so long as I am doing them regularly.

Thank you Amit. I've actually just finished doing several of your short sessions, both basis and intermediate, and feel that I've had a well rounded workout. The instructions that you give really help to understand how you need to work your body to get the correct posture and to understand what you need to achieve. I'm really enjoying all the sessions I've chosen to do during this strange time of lock down that we're in especially as I'm missing out on the usual reformer classes that I regularly do. When this is over and we're allowed to go out again I shall definitely carry on with your exercises as I think they will compliment the reformer sessions. Once again a BIG thank you :-)

I am really glad that you are enjoying the classes and that they help you stay well and strong while not being able to go to the studio for Reformer classes! Thank you Amit. I have just finished doing a selection, basic and intermediate, of your short classes and feel that I've had a good and well rounded workout. Your instructions are so clear and make it really easy to make the small adjustments needed to do the exercises properly and with straining parts of the body. Brilliant! I'm really enjoying these sessions whilst in lockdown and not able to go to my usual reformer classes. once again a BIG thank you!!!
