Hi Linda. Thanks for your comment. I agree that sometimes it is difficult to understand the instructions when lying on your front. I can suggest taking a few minutes to watch the exercises (without actually following the class) and then repeating the same section again while doing the exercises. I am also in favour of repeating the same class a number of times until you feel you perform the exercises well and feel ready to move on. Hope this helps. Best, Amit

Another nice class in terms of exercises and flow. However, I would still like more repetitions in each movement and a bit more time in between each one. More explanation needed as the movement progresses, as once one is prone it's impossible to keep looking at the screen, so repetition of instructions a few times would be useful to ensure correct technique.

Thank you Nathan, l really enjoyed this class and feel nicely relaxed and slightly longer in my back and neck. l need to work on my hips as l felt they were the stiffest with least movements . l liked the arm movements joining in with the leg movements, and was happy with myself as l tend to find my shoulders, especially my left shoulder can be stiff. l will try this class again.
