I love how you describe how to move the body within each exercise. it makes it really easy to understand how you should be positioning yourself and what you are meant to focus on! I love your classes and have just about finished the basic program, but the last two days it's been impossible to do because the videos keep reloading every couple of seconds, stopping for about a minute each time. I've logged in on several different computers in different locations, but the problem persists.
Can you please let me know if this is a problem your end, or can I fix it myself??
Am rearing to get going again:)
