This routine starts with a lovely sequence to release tightness and stress from the upper-body and progresses to be quite challenging for the core muscles. Featuring the “Upside-down Hundreds”, a challenging exercises for the back and arm extensors.

I really love this site! Whenever I get to do the classes, I feel that I am reclaiming my body, with its strength, flexibility and the good mood that comes along. My baby enjoy doing Pilates of his own with me and we are both making progress ;). Thank you very much Amit!!
