Pilates Class 044
We have created a series of classes for those of you who can only afford 20 minutes of exercise at this stage. We suggest alternating between these three classes (classes 043, 044 and 045). This class will focus on core strength and spinal mobility and articulation.

It's amazing how much stronger I feel 2 1/2 weeks after initially taking this class. I adore PilatesOD! I tried to really concentrate on protecting my lumbar spine when performing the clams and side-laying leg pull-ins, such that I now only have some tenderness of my hips bilaterally. Therefore the pelvic clock felt really great. Thank you!
This class encompassed all of my favorite exercises to date! This shall be my new 'go-to' class. The above-head camera angle was very helpful too.
20 minutes is a perfect time for doing a class with a new baby... nice to move my body again and amazingly baby was asleep throughout!
