Pilates Class 043
We have created a series of classes for those of you who can only afford 20 minutes of exercise at this stage. We suggest alternating between these three classes (classes 043, 044 and 045). To achive an overall balance Class 043 will focus on core and lower body strength.

It was great to take this class again! I feel that my muscles of the abdominal and lumbar spine are really starting to strengthen since I started frequent PilatesOD. Thank you!
I love the hinge exercise, as I find it especially challenging! I also found the 'closer look' clips were informative in improving my form - especially for the leg circles - the second time I took the class.
