I love this class! I find it to be a bit more challenging than most of the other pregnancy classes I tried so far since one has to stabilise against the ball, but it feels really good and effective.

Hi Mona. I am glad you liked the class :) As for the breathing- please don't worry about when to breathe in and when to breathe out too much... You will notice that once in a while I ask you to breathe in/out in a particular way and the rest of the time I allow you to choose what works best for you. It is important to breathe fully and deeply throughout the class and never feel out of breath. It is also important to use the side stretches in the class to improve your capacity to breathe into the rib cage as breathing "normally" will become more difficult at this stage...
