Hi Elia. Repeating the class until you get it all and feel strong enough is a great idea!! :) I can suggest the following exercises to strengthen the back of your thighs. You might want to do them again at the end of the class. Hope this helps!

This class is challenging to me so I'm going to redo it until I get it all. On one of the exercises the back of my thighs are just too weak. Would you have a suggestion as to how to strengthen those muscles?
