I cannot recommend this site enough, I'm telling everyone I know! I'm a mum of 2 so just don't get the time (or money!) to go out to regular classes. However I'm fitting classes in around a busy lifestyle easily. By choosing a beginners course I'm really learning how to do the different moves and positions. Fabulous teachers, really enjoyable. 5 stars!!

First timer with pilates felt really relaxed and my hips and lower back felt surprisingly looser afterwards. I am 44 and have had issues with my L1 or 2 (can't remember which) disc impeding my ciatic nerve for years and felt an improvement of more movement after just one session can't wait to do more.

Hi Linda. I am glad to hear you have enjoyed the first two classes! please don't worry if you can not feel the gap under your waist at the moment. Just keep trying and keep following the instructions and images as best as you can and this will happen :) Take care Amit

I have wanted to try Pilates for such a long time and have really enjoyed the first two classes. I did have trouble with the last exercise though. When on my side I couldn't create the gap beneath my pelvis. Is this a problem? Many thanks

my hips are really tight....feel much better after doing this session. looking forward to session 3 tomorrow.

Thanks for this - I'm going through physio for a hip injury and the exercises almost match what I need to do - it's good to have someone to talk me through them now!

Again, excellent class! My hips and low back are very tight. They feel warm after this class and I have slightly more mobility. Thank you.
