A 20 minute modified short-form of Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series with variations suitable for beginners and more seasoned practitioners. This class has a deeper focus on alignment for each posture including Sun Salutation A and B, Seated Forward Bend and Twisting and the Half Boat (Navasana) posture.
