Pink Ribbon - Breast Cancer Rehabilitation Program - Doreen Puglisi
PHASE Two focuses on improving trunk rotation and lateral flexion (side bending movement). Spine and core stability exercises are added in this phase and we continue with shoulder range of motion exercises.
