GENTLE FASCIA STRETCH CLASS - Facia is a type of connective tissue separating or binding together muscles and organs throughout the body. Due to surgery or trauma sometimes fascia can “get stuck” and not glide as well as it should, inhibiting movement and quality of life. This gentle class is aimed to bring back alignment and improve the gliding quality of the fascia in the hope to diminish  pain levels and increase mobility.
