Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1012
This class can be done on its own but feels even better if done after the 10-minute warm up class or before the 30 minute class. Starting with cat/cow and downward dog pose and looking at lowering towards the floor from plank and coming into cobra position. Also looking at side plank.
