    As I can only get to my yoga class once a week, this is a great way of doing more classes at a time that suits me. I have been doing yoga for about 5 years, and have started off here doing a couple of the basic classes as it is good sometimes to go back to basics. I enjoyed this class and will probably do it again in-between some of the intermediate ones.
