Many back issues are the result of strains and stresses caused by modern life - spending many hours a day sitting in chairs, at desks, in front of screens; looking after young children, driving… The classes in this section are about addressing these everyday stresses. They are designed to make you feel great by improving the balance in your body while strengthening and stretching core and back muscles.
As always, keep in mind that you should only ever do exercises that do not cause or aggravate pain. Simply sit those out! It is the right thing to do and will ensure that you feel good after the class and for the rest of the day.
