The process of healing your back starts by addressing underlying causes for stress and strain. Tension, misalignment and deep core weakness often results in aches and pains and so it’s vital to stop this vicious cycle. The three short classes in this section will make your back feel much better by mobilising the joints, stretching the muscles and then strengthening key areas in the body.
When starting out, go gently and progress gradually. You’ll want to work out what exercises make you feel good and if there are any that aggravate your symptoms (please skip those until things change). You’ll also want to figure out the difference between working hard and feeling pain. We want to work hard… but avoid pain! Aim to take at least 3 of these classes a week and consider complementing the classes with walking, cycling or swimming.
