What plans can I choose from and how much do they cost?

We offer three membership plans to choose from, each one has both Monthly and Annual payment options. The Annual option offers a discount equal to 3 months free subscription.

Are the first 14 days really FREE?

Yes, all NEW members get a 14 days trial – COMPLETELY FREE. We ask for your credit card details to varify your account but it WILL NOT be charged until after your free trial ends. You will get an email reminder before your free trial ends so you can decide whether you want to keep your membership or cancel it.

Is yoopod really unlimited?

Yes it is! Workout as often as you want - anytime, anywhere. The more the merrier :)

Do I need to be online to watch the videos?

Yes, but Essential and Complete members also get a download allowance to watch videos offline.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can easily cancel your membership online from your account page. When you cancel your account, you will still have full access to the site until the end of your pre-paid period (Monthly/Annual). There are no cancellation fees, but there are no refunds too.

Can I switch between plans?

Switching between plans is easy. Once you become a member you will see the Upgrade/Downgrade options on the site. Click the button and follow a few easy steps. To see the full terms and conditions on upgrades and downgrades please click here.

Can I switch my billing period?

Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual and vice versa. To do this just drop us a line and we'll be happy to help.

Can I switch between plans?

Redeeming a promotional code is easy. Before choosing one of our plans, enter your code in the box provided and click ‘Submit’. The Page will reload with the discount on the relevant price plan.
