Pilates Class 214
This class uses the foam roll to encourage good joint position and mobility at a variety of joints. It would make an excellent daily practice, as well as preparation for class, or other physical activity.

Fantastic release class. I would equally enjoy a class using Therapy Balls (the small hard balls to roll out tense muscles).
