Pilates Class 143
This 45 minutes Advanced class starts with a rolling-bridging sequence that is great for developing core strength, spinal stability and hamstring strength and also sets your body well for the rest of the class. The class includes modifications to make some of the more advanced moves more doable for the less flexible guys... but is highly recommended to all the ladies as well...

Great class, very clear instructions all the way through.

Fairly quick pace enjoyed very much. The end shoulder bridge takes a lot of upper body strength particularly for women.
