Pilates Class 435
Lisa's “Core Concepts class” gives you an opportunity to revisit the fundamental principles of the work with precise detail, while still working your whole body :) Lisa utilises the Over-Ball and Magic-Circle in the class but you can definitely still do the class without the latter.

I love this class. It has given me an understanding of some of the fundamentals which somehow I never quite got.
It has also helped me gain the confidence to work at intermediate level.
I return to it every 2 weeks or so just to keep grounded.

Hi Lisa, this is such a wonderful balanced integrative class. I’ve been working on shoulder placement and awareness with al my classes for ages and we are gradually reaping the rewards.
