Liz Lark

A little bit about Liz...

Liz Lark is a Yoga Artist, trained in Sculpture, drawing and movement, with MA and BA Arts degrees. Liz became a yoga teacher in 1995 and over the last 20 years she has developed her own teaching style of structural choreographed steps. Liz teaches a creative, engaging and challenging yoga practice to steady and free the body-mind, weaving Hatha Yoga practices through her Vinyasa sequences. Visualization, mudra (gesture) and sound (yoga song) is incorporated, to inspire and lead the mind to spaciousness and relaxation. She focuses on including all levels, for safe practice, with bespoke sequences.

Liz is part of and a board member of London Teacher Training Course yogacampus in which she teaches sequencing and adjustments.

Liz has taught Peter Gabriel, actors Ralph Fiennes and Alan Rickman and works with Conductor Sir John Eliot Gardiner & The Monteverdi Choir, English National Ballet and pianist Ludovico Einaudi. Liz is also the author of seven yoga books and a practice dvd ‘Yogalibre’. This year Liz has collaborated with consultant Andrea Warman to produce a book for Carers, to be published by Jessica Kingsley.
