I forgot my password. what do I do?

Go to the login page and click on the ‘Forgotten Password?’ link. Follow the instructions to recover your password in seconds. If you still have password related issues or questions please get in touch via the ‘contact us’ page.

How do I change my password?

Once logged in as a member, you can change your password by clicking on the 'your account' tab in your ‘My yoopod’ page. You can then edit your account details as well as change your password.

How do I update my personal details such as address, email etc.?

Once logged in, you can edit all your details by clicking on 'your account' tab on the ‘My yoopod’ page.

How do I access my account section?

Once you’re logged in as a member you can see all your membership details under the 'your account' tab in your ‘My yoopod’ page (which can be accessed from the links on the top right of all pages or by clicking on the yoopod logo which can be found on the top left corner of all pages across the site.

What is the ‘My yoopod’ section?

My yoopod is your personalised home page where you’ll see what’s new on the site, find all your new, favourite, queued and recent classes you have taken as well as recommendations for your levle and objective.

How long is the free trial?

Our Free trial is for 14 days, and is offered to new members who have not previously had a membership.

How do I start my free trial?

Starting your free trial is really easy. All you need to do is click on the free trial link from any page on the website. You will then need to fill in your details, select your package and complete the payment details. Your first 14 days are completely free. After this period your membership will automatically continue for as long as you want. You can cancel at any time during your free trial. YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED DURING YOUR FREE TRIAL AND YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANYTIME.

What payment plans can I choose from and how much do they cost?

We offer three membership plans to choose from, each one has both Monthly and Annual payment options. The Annual option offers a discount equal to 3 months free subscription.

Who is Braintree and why do you use them for payments?

Braintree is our secure payment processing provider. We selected Braintree, who is a Paypal company, a major global leader in payment processing, based on their high security standards, their unparalleled experience and excellent reputation for online payments.

How do I become a member?

Becoming a member is really easy! All you need to do is to register by clicking the ‘Join now’ button, then choose your package and complete the payment details. Once you complete the registration you’ll automatically be logged in to the site and you can start using it instantly. We’ll send you an email confirmation with all the details of your subscription so you’ll be all set and ready to exercise.
