This is so relaxing,have done it a few times.can feel tension melting away,I get lots of tension headaches and stomach aches and this really helps.should try and do it more often!

Excellent yoga nidra practice. We do this at the end of my weekly 'live' yoga class. It was just like having my yoga teacher in the room with me - thank you Leela.
