Oooh I felt this one - very challenging for me. I cannot do a roll over at all! It wasn't pretty and I'm glad no one could see me... Any tips greatly appreciated! Excellent class though Amit with very clear instructions as usual. Thank you.

Hi Julie. Are you sure no one could see you? ;)
The Roll Over is a difficult exercise for MANY people so please do not worry about it too much and please do not "force" it on your body as you do not want to harm your neck or spine!
Please have a look at the clip below. for explanations and tips.
Also- try placing a big pillow under your pelvis so that it is raised away from the ground in the start position.
Take your time and keep practicing and I am sure you'll be able to do it soon :)

I would just like to say thank you once again for your attention to detail. I am sure that you are exceptionally busy but I love the fact that you take the time to reply to comments, giving advice and then referring to links for videos that will help with further instruction or progression.
I have recommended Yoopod to so many of my friends because, not only is the instruction excellent, but despite being an online class, I have never felt that I am in this 'alone' and can ask for advice, but the fact that you take time to respond is wonderful. So exceptionally pleased that I found Yoopod.

I really love your holistic approach to Pilates as you always leave enough space and time to think and sense and adjust the whole time. It is a marvellous way of raising attention to our nervous system in the practice of Pilates.

I am struggling with pushups, it's always been the case....is there any class that teaches how to do them?

I agree with Annie... Class 382 is a good one to learn how to do a push up well and to strengthen the upper body in order to achieve that.

Please keep in mind that the Push Up is a very challenging exercises and it requires very consistent effort (3-4 times a week for a few weeks) in order to feel that you have "mastered" it...
