Loved it. Works everything, Amit's instructions are clear and the people demonstrating the exercises did a great job of showing a couple of different adaptations. I've downloaded this one to enjoy at home

I was a littlr bit worried this might be too advanced for me as it says bridging between intermediate and advanced but it was OK the only one I couldn't do was the final back support one lifting the legs will work on that. Thankyou.
