Pilates Class 260

A lovely, creative and flowing class from Anoushka. In this class Anoushka uses the Magic Circle to help support, stabilise and challenge different body parts. The class begins with a few minutes of standing exercises - opening up and stretching the upper body and then challenging balance and stability. Enjoy :)
