Even with very busy schedules, we can all find 10 minutes here and there and wish we could have a short session to make us feel better. Our 10 minute classes have been created exactly for this purpose! You can find here gentle classes that you can do first thing in the morning or just before going to bed; quick sessions to release tension from an achy body; or vigorous short sequences that will work out your whole body and leave you hungry for more.
