Elastic band

The Elastic Band is a very popular and versatile tool in Pilates and across the fitness industry. The Band allows the teacher to modify exercises in many ways - making them easier or adding challenge as necessary. It provides resistance that will help you perform exercises like the Roll Up and Single leg Circle with control and precision, and it can also be used to target specific muscle groups such as the Biceps, Triceps or Hip Abductors in order make them strong enough to perform the more difficult Pilates exercises.
