De-Stress Express Mixed Pilates & Yoga Program

We all need a bit of TLC from time to time... This 3-week program will help you release tension, breathe better, improve your flexibility and give you that calmer, stronger feeling.

To benefit the most from this programme, make sure to do each of the weekly classes at least once. You can repeat any of the classes more than once if you feel up for it and/or replace the Yin Yoga classes with longer Yin classes if you have the time.
